We tried these POPULAR tumblers, so you don't have to!

STANLEY

Coming in HOT with the OG Cup tumbler that started it all. STANLEY!! I have been loyal to my Stanley for the last 2 years. I ordered my original pink Stanley and covered it in all sorts of fun stickers. Sometimes I love a sleek look but other times it's fun to add a little personal touch (YOLO I guess)

Pros:

1. It's Big.

This can be a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it but for an avid water drinker such as myself I see it as a good thing. It holds 40oz which honestly helps so much when I'm trying to get my water in for the day. Some people think that the size makes it silly to lug around but honestly if you are a big beverage guzzler then I say who gives a hoot!

2. Fits in a car cup

Need I say more? I love drinking on the go and the straw just makes it convenient.

3. Keeps things Cold Overnight.

My ice always is still there in the morning. The insolation on this thing is insane!

4. Stanley Comes Out with Fun Designs!

Stanley loves to do collabs with other brands and they are always coming out with fun limited-edition designs. Which I LOVE! I am an "in the moment" type of gal and love looking forward to seeing what designs they are coming out with next.
You can also find fun accessories for both of these tumblers! I found these really fun drink inserts for the Stanley if you want to have more than one drink in your cup!

Cons:

1. It is Prone to Spills

The Stanley is prone to spills, if it tips over then it will leak. Stanley has come out with better designs and add on products to help with this but it's still not 100% spillproof. This didn't use to bother me as much till, I had kids and a dog ready to knock my drink down at any given moment.

2. Easy to Lose the Straw

Believe it or not if you're an avid ice chewer like me, then its super easy to lose the straw, luckily replacement straws aren't pricey and there are likely ways to help me prevent this, but I've lost my straw more than once and now have a few on standby in case.

HYDROJUG

Pros:

1. Its 100% Spill proof

This is my biggest pro. I can literally toss it in my car or my couch and trust it's not going to spill. I even bought my daughter the 20 oz traveler hydrojug and it's perfect for my 5-year-old. She loves it! I bought a Hydrojug after my Stanley and my life was changed because of this simple fact.

2. Keeps Cold Overnight

If I put ice and leave it overnight, it'll keep the ice overnight, so it definitely does a great job keeping your drink cold! I did an overnight test, and I thought it performed slightly better than the Stanley Quencher, however my mom has tested it, and she claims her Stanley does a better job. Both keep ice overnight so both do a great job.

3. Has a flip Straw

I've never been a huge fan of flip straws but for some reason with the Hydrojug it works for me! plus I don't lose the straw as I do with the Stanley. But I guess this pro this can be a pro/con either way depending on your thoughts on flip straws.

Cons:

1. Harder to Clean the Flip Straw

The flip straw is harder to clean than the Stanley and if you don't keep on top of it can easily build mold. Luckily, I mainly keep water or flavored water in mine, so I don't really have much buildup, but I do try to dish wash mine often and I take mine apart every few months to deep clean.

2. Not Many Fun Designs

Don't get me wrong, Hydrojug has super cute colors! The sage green is my personal favorite. They do come out with cute designs, but it doesn't seem to be nearly as frequent as Stanely. There just simply isn't that many I can find.

Conclusion:

Both are GREAT options depending on what your preferences are! I personally am more partial to the Hydrojug simply because of it being spillproof. Don't get me wrong, Stanley is GREAT, the brand is reliable, and I love that they have fun designs. You really can't go wrong either way.
